POSITION OVERVIEW As an Automotive Service Supervisor, you will lead, coach, and inspire your team of Service and Tire Technicians, ensuring the delivery of the highest quality of service and an outstanding customer experience. A CLOSER LOOK UNDER THE HOOD Your role as a Service Supervisor is critical to the smooth operation and management of our store. Here are some key responsibilities you will handle: Lead and manage the Service Technician and Tire Technician team by evaluating performance, providing training, and supporting hiring and disciplinary actions. Oversee workflow in service bays while keeping the sales team updated on wait times. Facilitate effective communication between the shop and customers. Ensure every vehicle is inspected for necessary services, offering appropriate recommendations while achieving customer satisfaction. Promote a safe working environment, ensuring compliance with all safety protocols. Meet or exceed Tire Discounters' performance standards regarding service quality and speed. Drive customer satisfaction, consistently reinforcing our commitment to prioritizing the customer. Foster a culture of cooperation and collaboration among team members. Collaborate with sales staff as needed to assist customers and support other tasks. CAREER TRACK There are no dead ends here! COMPENSATION PLAN Compensation for our Service Supervisors ranges from $50,000 to $80,000 or more, including base hourly pay, overtime, monthly SPIFFs, and bonus opportunities.
