We are hiring a Product Manager focused on maximizing collaboration efficiency using GRC platforms, particularly Archer and Workiva. You will drive smarter, asynchronous communication, reduce noise and manual effort, and leverage AI to seamlessly connect conversations with relevant work artifacts. Collaborating closely with Engineering, IT, Security, Compliance, and risk stakeholders, you will own the product vision and roadmap, aligning teams around clear customer and business outcomes. Impact will be measured through measurable improvements in signal-to-noise ratio, focus time, and execution velocity as we transition low-value chat to durable, high-value collaboration. You will also define the GRC platform's North Star and make informed long-term strategic decisions aligned with company goals and industry best practices. Your role will involve: Owning the strategic and tactical roadmap for the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) function and policy compliance teams' usage of key platforms, ensuring alignment with Coinbase's strategic objectives. Translating multi-year strategies into executable plans by defining problem statements, target outcomes, and a prioritized backlog of capabilities, features, and technologies with clear KPIs/OKRs. Leading end-to-end delivery through discovery, scoping, and execution with agile teams; managing risks, dependencies, and timelines; and driving adoption through effective change management, enablement, and training. Establishing governance and communication rhythms to define, manage, and communicate the roadmap; facilitating stakeholder reviews; and providing executive-ready updates on progress, risks, and decisions. Elevating platform quality by driving standardization, interoperability, data quality, and embedded controls across ERM and compliance workflows, ensuring scalability, reliability, and auditability. Acting as a strategic partner to senior leaders on ERM and compliance platform strategy, offering external perspectives and best practices to inform decisions. We look for the following in you: 6+ years of experience in business applications development or product management for internal products. Strong understanding of Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), Compliance, and Technology Risk domains. Experience working in an Agile environment and familiarity with Jira. Cross-functional expertise addressing technical challenges across various business units (ERM, Compliance, Product, Legal, Finance), capable of aligning diverse stakeholders from engineers to compliance teams behind a shared vision. Exposure to both large and small companies, with a preference for large company experience. A BA/BS in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Administration is preferred. Competence in vendor management and third-party software implementations. Background in managing or implementing Archer, Workiva, or similar ERM platforms is desirable. Proven skills in multi-project management. A user-centric mindset with a relentless focus on creating intuitive, trustworthy, and scalable experiences. Strong analytical skills: adept at market sizing, opportunity assessment, and transforming complex data into actionable product insights. Experience in driving AI-powered products. An insatiable curiosity: proactively researching, identifying, experimenting with, and adapting new technologies and vendors. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Capability to thrive and perform under pressure. Nice to haves include: Experience working with financial institutions is a plus.
