Mid-Level Electrical Engineer

Requisition ID: 43099BR Business Unit: IND Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Electrical Engineer to contribute to various electrical systems design projects with an emphasis on electric master system plans, power systems, and sustainability/renewable energy systems. In this role, you will: Create moderate complexity designs for electrical systems and perform related electrical calculations. Conduct studies of power systems, lighting simulations, and security systems. Develop white papers and technical documentation to enhance the firm’s technical knowledge base. Conduct field reviews to ensure that designs meet site specifications and modify designs as necessary. Contribute to thought leadership by submitting technical papers and attending conferences. Mentor junior staff and provide thorough reviews of their work. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering, Electrical Technology, or a related field. 3 years of relevant experience. Domestic and/or international travel may be required, based on project demands. Equivalent additional related experience will be considered in lieu of a degree. Preferred Qualifications: Demonstrated experience leading electrical engineering teams. Knowledge of FEL and FEED delivery processes. Familiarity with progressive design-build practices. Experience designing medium and low-voltage power systems in various sectors, including O&G and Manufacturing. Ability to obtain multi-state licensing.
