Job Description As a distinguished leader in our consulting practice, the Consulting Technical Manager for Record to Report plays a pivotal role in driving innovative solutions and project success. Lead a project team with innovative solution leadership, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality software solutions on time and within budget. Own the solution design and implementation, guaranteeing that Oracle solutions align with customer objectives through expert analysis of business needs. Utilize your judgment and business acumen to select methods and techniques for delivering both functional and technical solutions on complex application and technology installations. Provide guidance and mentorship to project teams, effectively influencing customer leadership on critical decisions. Support business development by pursuing new opportunities and expanding existing engagements. Collaborate with the consulting sales team to leverage domain expertise. Address challenging customer issues with strategic recommendations and solutions. Demonstrate broad expertise across multiple business processes and the ability to design technology solutions that integrate various products. Showcase experience and familiarity with the Oracle product set. Responsibilities Preferred Qualifications At least 10 years of functional consulting experience in related fields. Previous experience in team leadership or management roles is preferred. Experience in business processes related to: Oracle Cloud: 4-5 years of experience in budgetary controls and encumbrance accounting. 10-15 years of experience across General Ledger, Fusion Accounting Hub, and Subledger Accounting. Ability to facilitate design workshops covering enterprise structure and chart of accounts. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field OR equivalent professional experience. CPA credential is a plus. Possess product or technical expertise relevant to the focus of the practice. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport with team members and clients. Strong negotiation and influencing abilities. Willingness to travel up to 30% when necessary. This role is not eligible for Visa Sponsorship. Compensation and Benefits The compensation range for this position is $97,500 to $199,500 per annum, with potential for bonus and equity.
