Compliance Director - Banking & Insurance

Your Role: You will play a pivotal role in the Ethics and Compliance (E&C) function, contributing to our mission of managing risks for our firm, clients, and people, all while supporting impactful client engagements. As part of a globally integrated team, your contributions will help ensure the effectiveness of our E&C program. Your responsibilities will include: Leading the Ethics and Compliance programs for our Banking and Insurance Practices. Collaborating with client service teams to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements. Advising on sustainable and flexible compliance solutions across our programs. Developing and maintaining targeted policies and procedures to manage ethics and compliance risks. Enhancing tools, standards, and metrics for compliance matters. Promoting awareness of the regulatory landscape and driving improvements to our ongoing programs. Providing expertise and guidance to geographic compliance leads. Contributing to the development of our firm's capabilities in learning, communications, and other areas. Collaboration and effective communication are essential in this role. You will build strong relationships with senior leaders and cross-functional teams, articulating our regulatory obligations and guiding stakeholders effectively. Your efforts will help sustain and advance our commitment to integrity and lawful practices. Your Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required; advanced degrees and/or professional certifications (e.g., Juris Doctor or CPA) preferred. Seven or more years of extensive experience in regulatory compliance matters within large global organizations. Five or more years of experience specifically in banking and insurance regulatory compliance programs. Ability to influence and operationalize complex priorities across stakeholders. Exceptional organizational and project management skills. Strong communication skills, able to adapt messages for various audiences.
