Your Role and Contribution The HR Business Partner - Legal Affairs is a pivotal position focused on leading, supporting, and driving people processes and projects aligned with HR Business Partner Director strategies. This role enhances overall business performance and employee engagement by identifying issues and opportunities proactively, and implementing effective solutions. You will also coordinate targeted HR programs and services that deliver measurable value to our clients. In partnership with the HR Business Partner Director, you’ll oversee HR Business Partner Analysts involved in executing HR initiatives and programs within the organization. As an HR Business Partner, you will lead the development and execution of strategic HR plans covering various areas such as talent management, leadership development, performance management, and diversity initiatives, ultimately supporting the broader goals of our HR delivery model. Building and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders across the HR team and business clients will be essential to your success. You will leverage your HR expertise to provide sound judgment and innovative solutions to support our business objectives. Key Responsibilities Diagnose issues at all organizational levels and implement solutions that support business objectives. Coach and develop leaders through talent review discussions and facilitate quarterly talent check-ins to ensure alignment with talent strategies. Collaborate with business leaders on necessary changes, assess their impacts, and manage the transition process through comprehensive change management. Work with internal HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) to address issues and create effective organizational strategies. Stay informed about industry conditions and HR trends to provide informed insights. Guide business leadership in developing action plans based on Employee Opinion Survey results that align with future business needs. Identify development opportunities for employees and advise leaders on effective acceleration strategies. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field plus 5 years of experience, or equivalent experience in lieu of degree requirement. 4+ years of progressive HR experience. 4+ years as an HR Generalist. 3+ years of direct supervisory experience. 1+ years of consulting experience, including needs/gap analysis and solution development. 1+ years of project management experience. 3+ years of experience with HR policy interpretation and application, including compensation policies. Preferred Skills and Experience 2+ years in multi-unit HR management. 2+ years of talent acquisition experience, including structured interviewing. 1+ years in workforce planning. 1+ years in succession and career development planning for exempt positions. 1+ years in a corporate headquarters environment. 1+ years of project management in a matrixed organization.
