Job Description Join our team as an Oracle Fusion Cloud Manufacturing Functional Architect! We are on the lookout for an exceptional, client-focused professional who possesses profound knowledge in Oracle Fusion Cloud Manufacturing. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in client engagements, leading discovery workshops, analyzing business requirements, and designing effective and scalable solutions that harness the full potential of Oracle Manufacturing Cloud. This position calls for a fusion of technical expertise, strategic insight, and outstanding interpersonal skills, positioning you as a trusted advisor for our clients. Key Responsibilities Client Engagement & Requirements Analysis: Facilitate client workshops and conduct interviews to gather and evaluate business requirements related to diverse manufacturing processes, including discrete, process, and mixed-mode manufacturing, production scheduling, and shop floor control. Solution Design & Configuration: Convert business requirements into detailed functional design documentation. Architect and configure the Oracle Manufacturing Cloud application to fulfill client needs while adhering to best practices. Advisory & Strategy: Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) and primary client contact, offering insights on optimal manufacturing processes and how to maximize the capabilities of the Oracle Cloud platform. Implementation Leadership: Lead the technical team in constructing customizations, integrations, and data migration plans. Oversee system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and go-live phases. Sales & Presales Support: Contribute to presales activities, including crafting proposals, statements of work, and product demonstrations for potential clients. Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior functional consultants, nurturing their expertise in Oracle Fusion Manufacturing. Qualifications Experience: A minimum of 15 years with Oracle applications, including at least 5 years in implementing and configuring Oracle Fusion Cloud Manufacturing. Technical Knowledge: Extensive understanding of core manufacturing processes, including: Work Execution and Production Management Bill of Materials (BOM) and Routings Work Definition and Production Scheduling Costing and Work Order Processing Client Skills: Proven track record in managing client relationships, leading impactful workshops, and conveying complex information clearly and compellingly. Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities to identify and resolve client challenges effectively. Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Information Technology, or Business Administration. Preferred Qualifications Oracle Cloud implementation certifications, particularly in Manufacturing Cloud. Experience with additional Oracle Supply Chain Management (SCM) Cloud modules (e.g., Inventory, Planning). Experience with integrations to ERP and PLM systems. Travel: Expect 50% travel to the office in Austin, TX for the first 6-8 months, followed by approximately 25% thereafter. #LI-RR2 #LI-Remote Disclaimer: Applicants for certain customer or client-facing roles may need to comply with applicable requirements, such as immunization and occupational health mandates. Compensation and Benefits: The hiring range for this position in the US is between $46.30 to $95.91 per hour, translating to an annual salary of $96,300 to $199,500. May be eligible for equity.
