Pay Range: $65-$75/hr W2 Key Responsibilities: Work closely with stakeholders to understand integration goals and align them with IT and business strategies. Engage with newly acquired practices, building relationships, and guiding them through the integration process. Direct IT integration efforts covering infrastructure, applications, security, and shared services. Manage dependencies between sub-projects and facilitate cross-team integration points effectively. Apply your expertise in Agile and Waterfall methodologies, with a strong focus on Waterfall execution. Establish appropriate schedule granularity for optimal visibility and control. Communicate complex schedules, risks, and interdependencies clearly. Create and maintain detailed project schedules across various methodologies. Proactively identify challenges and adjust project plans as necessary. Document and communicate project risks throughout the lifecycle. Gather effort estimates, evaluate capacity, and develop realistic timelines. Facilitate standard project ceremonies, including planning and reviews. Recommend process improvements and ensure alignment with stakeholders. Deliver qualitative and quantitative status reports that reflect project success metrics. Address quality issues and communicate long-term solutions to stakeholders. Serve as a reliable partner for technical teams and leadership, providing a calming presence. Experience Requirements: 7-10 years of IT experience, including 7+ years managing projects and 3+ years in leadership roles. Demonstrated background in infrastructure delivery across domains such as applications, network, and storage. Experience in large-scale enterprise environments, with a preference for Fortune 100 experience. Expertise in managing IT integration efforts for acquired or multi-site organizations. 7+ years of Waterfall project delivery managing budgets of $5M or more. Strong financial management skills in CapEx/OpEx settings. 3+ years of Agile experience is preferred. Relevant certifications (PMP, SAFe, etc.) are beneficial.
