Lead Security Architect

Join Our Team as a Lead Security Architect We are looking for an experienced and skilled Lead Security Architect to contribute to the design and assessment of secure networks, applications, systems, and infrastructures. This role is essential in ensuring that our security measures align with Corporate information security policies and industry security standards, especially in cloud environments. Key Qualifications: At least 5 years of experience in information security, supporting robust security programs and architecture in complex enterprise settings. Proven hands-on experience in enterprise security architecture and implementation. Strong communication skills to effectively guide developers on security controls and coding practices. Familiarity with programming languages such as Java and Python is a plus. Comprehensive knowledge of cloud architecture and containerization. Familiarity with compliance controls like ISO 27001, SOC 2, and HITRUST in relation to cloud services. Preferred: A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field. Your Responsibilities Will Include: Utilizing your advanced skills to design and evaluate secure networks and systems, ensuring they meet corporate security policies and industry standards. You will: Assess existing and proposed architectures for security risks and provide expert advice on developing secure solutions. Lead efforts in evaluating security protocols across enterprise and cloud computing environments. Conduct design assessments, risk evaluations, threat modeling, and code reviews. Create automated tools for implementing security controls and monitoring systems. Identify and prioritize security vulnerabilities and design issues. Engage in security research to address emerging threats and manage security platform upgrades. Provide guidance on data security, compliance, and privacy requirements. Mentor and train team members as needed. This position may require compliance with immunization and occupational health mandates for applicable US customer-facing roles. Compensation and Benefits: The annual salary range for this role is between $87,000 and $178,100, with eligibility for bonuses and equity.
