Key Responsibilities: Responsible for implementing, building, maintaining, and optimizing Epic integration systems, utilizing Epic expertise. Possess knowledge of Epic EMR software, operations, and workflow while collaborating closely with clinical leaders to translate business requirements into EMR functionalities and enhancements. Experience in working with various interfaces and related integrations is essential. Identify workflow gaps with clinics and provide effective solutions to close these gaps. Engage in designing, building, testing, and implementing Epic integration application systems. Work with clinicians to create or adapt written protocols. Proficiently troubleshoot issues and provide actionable solutions to ongoing problems. Basic Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience. At least 5 years of experience in healthcare and EHR, specifically focusing on Tapestry UM and Claims Epic systems. Demonstrated hands-on implementation experience with Tapestry UM and Claims. Tapestry UM Epic certification is required. Solid understanding of Tapestry workflows, clinical operations, and IT strategy. Proven experience in contributing to EHR implementation plans regarding scope and timelines. Exemplary interpersonal skills paired with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally. Strong capacity to establish effective working relationships with diverse groups, including clients, team members, managers, and vendors. High School Diploma or GED. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Epic Ambulatory and Inpatient systems. Compensation at Accenture varies based on a range of factors such as office location, role, skill set, and experience level. The anticipated salary range for this position is $47.85 to $57.85 per hour.
