As a Community Liason / Senior Advisors, a national leader in the senior transition industry, has an immediate opening for a Oasis Senior Advisors in our Central Texas office. The ideal candidate is a dynamic individual that possesses a unique skill-set --- they will be driven and sales-minded yet be a caring, empathic solution provider for our incredible elderly clients. Key Responsibilities • Sales Generator: Develops and executes a sales and marketing plan to meet or exceed growth goals • Relationship Builder: Establishes and maintains exceptional relationships with referral sources in the medical and geriatric space • Match Maker: With input of client/family and our proprietary database, assists our clients to find the next best place to call home. • Tour Coordinator: Coordinate tours and guide families throughout the entire transition process and advocate on their behalf. • Keeper of Quality: Driver of value for our clients to ensure service delivery standards are exceeded Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in related field or equal experience (management, marketing, hospital, sales, senior care, social work, care management or discharge coordination etc.) • Experience in sales and/or coordinating health care • Resident of the Austin or Central Texas Area • Reliable transportation, clean driving record, valid driver's license & auto insurance • Medicare eligibility background check • Strong communication skills (written and verbal) Success Factors • Friendly, outgoing personality coupled with professional business image • Hungry to learn, self-driven and always looking to improve • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding goals • Superior relationship building, networking & customer service skills • Strong organizational skills, able to multi-task in a dynamic environment • Creative problem solving • Confident verbal presentation skills As a FREE service, a Community Liaison / Senior Advisors makes finding our client's next home a breeze.
