09th March, 2026Job Title: Lighting Field Project Manager - Systems DivisionCompany Overview: Our client's Systems Division specializes in the design and integration of lighting control systems within the architectural and entertainment industries. Their projects span a variety of settings, including broadcast studios, theaters, educational institutions, themed environments, building facades, spires, stadiums, bridges, and more. The estimated pay range for this role is $60,000 - $85,000 depending on experience. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage daily onsite job site operations to ensure smooth installation processes. Provide exemplary onsite support to colleagues, customers, installers, and subcontractors. Collaborate with the Project Management Team for effective project planning and execution. Conduct site visits and maintain strong relationships with project stakeholders, including forepersons and field managers. Oversee the lifecycle of project schedules and supervise installations, including fixture prep, hanging, and focusing. Required Skills and Qualifications: Proven organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities. Exceptional communication skills, capable of building relationships and resolving conflicts. Strong problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail. Experience in administrative, office management, or project management, ideally within construction or entertainment industries.
