Our client, a leading organization in the medical device industry, is seeking a Kitting Associate Medical Device to join their team. As a Kitting Associate Medical Device, you will be part of the manufacturing support team, contributing to the efficient assembly and maintenance of medical products. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, proactive problem-solving skills, and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Kitting Associate Medical Device Location: Hayward, CA Pay Range: $22-$24.00/hrShift: 11am - 7:30pm What's the Job? Maintain, operate, and perform light repairs on machinery or product lines. Proactively identify defects in manufacturing lines or products. Record and enter data accurately into forms or computer systems. Assist in the organization and assembly of medical device components. Support team members to ensure smooth production processes. What's Needed? Basic math, problem-solving, and computer skills. 1-3 years of relevant experience in manufacturing or assembly roles. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail. Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset. Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes. What's in it for me?
