The State of Wisconsin UW Madison School of Veterinarian Medicine is looking for Project Manager I MUST BE WISCONSIN RESIDENTno relocation. Top Required Skills & Years of Experience: 1. Five or more years of leading multidisciplinary technology projects from inception to completion 2. Five or more years of experience working with multiple stakeholders to develop strategic website projects on a defined timeline 3. Five or more years of experience working with multiple stakeholder teams to develop consensus on project progression Nice to Have Skills: 1. Has experience in healthcare, higher education, or scientific research environments 2. Has experience with multiple project management tools, such as Asana and Microsoft Project 3. Has experience engaging with stakeholders who may not be familiar with desired project methodologies Duration of the Contract: Through end of fiscal year with likely extension (we're anticipating six- to 12 months). Onsite or Remote? Wisconsin residents only. No relocation allowed. This position will be hybrid, with two days working remotely, and three days working on-site at our offices on the UW-Madison campus. Project details (project overview, who the contractor will work with, soft skills needed, etc.): The School of Veterinary Medicine is redesigning our entire web presence for our School and UW Veterinary Care Teaching Hospital to account for changing strategy and for an update to our websites' accessibility. The contractor will work with the marketing and communications team, and the information technology team, under a project co-led by the directors of each function to deliver a redesigned web experience. While the contractor will work primarily with the Marketing and Technology teams, there will be ample opportunity for the contractor to engage with stakeholders for whom we are implementing this redesign.
