Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our team! The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of U.S. employment laws, and the ability to manage a wide range of HR functions. This role is integral to ensuring compliance with regulations, administering benefits, supporting employee relations, and executing HR policies and programs. Key Responsibilities: HR Compliance and Recordkeeping: Ensure compliance with U.S. employment laws and regulations including FMLA, ADA, EEO, FLSA, AAP, OSHA, and HIPAA. Manage regulatory reporting and recordkeeping, including EEO-1, VETS 4212, and ACA compliance. Benefits Administration: Administer employee benefits programs, including handling qualifying events and managing annual open enrollments. Employee Relations: Assist with less complex employee relations matters, providing support and guidance to employees and managers. Onboarding and Offboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company. Conduct exit interviews for departing employees, gathering feedback to improve retention strategies. Policy Implementation: Adapt, implement, and execute Indra Group HR policies in line with local requirements and company goals. Performance Management: Assist in the administration of performance management processes, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. Training and Development: Support the implementation of training plans, talent development initiatives, and retention strategies. Leadership Support: Act as a backup for the HR Director in their absence and be considered as a potential successor. Qualifications: 3-5+ years of HR Generalist experience ADP Workforce Now experience preferred Microsoft Office Suites, Microsoft Dynamics, Concur experience preferred Strong working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including U.S. employment laws (FMLA, ADA, EEO, FLSA, AAP, OSHA, HIPAA). Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. Multilingual in Spanish or French is preferred but not required.
