About the Role: We are seeking a meticulous and seasoned Senior IT Product Manager who specializes in the Quote-to-Cash (QTC) process. This role is crucial for the seamless integration and enhancement of the QTC lifecycle within our organizational processes. The QTC process encompasses every facet of the sales cycle, from generating initial quotes for products or services to the final payment collection. What You'll Do: Product Strategy Leadership: Drive the vision and execution of the Quote-to-Cash platform and its integrations, including Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ), Order Management (OM), and Service contract/entitlement systems. Process Optimization: Own and continuously enhance end-to-end QTC business processes by identifying gaps, streamlining workflows, and adopting best practices. Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a liaison among teams such as Sales, Finance, Engineering, and Revenue Operations to gather requirements, manage expectations, and effectively execute QTC initiatives. Technology Implementation and Integration: Oversee the adoption and integration of QTC solutions and related technologies. Roadmap Development: Define and maintain a product roadmap for QTC solutions to align with business objectives and growth strategies. Requirements Management: Convert business requirements into detailed specifications (user stories, process flows, acceptance criteria) for the development teams. Analytics and Reporting: Identify and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to QTC, such as quote acceptance rates and billing accuracy, using data to drive continuous improvements. Change Management: Lead efforts to promote successful adoption of new processes and tools within the organization. Experience You'll Need: Product Management Experience: Over 10 years as a Product Manager with direct ownership of QTC systems and workflows, particularly in an Agile development environment. QTC Expertise: Extensive knowledge of the complete Quote-to-Cash process, from sales to revenue recognition. Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of QTC-related technology, including CRM systems (like Salesforce) and CPQ tools. Business Analysis Skills: Proven ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into actionable specifications. Strategic Thinking: Able to develop and implement a strategic vision for QTC products with attention to detail. Communication and Collaboration Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively. Data Analysis Skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools (like Excel or SQL) to inform decision-making. Problem Solving & Decision Making: Demonstrated track record in resolving complex issues and managing competing priorities. Agile Methodology Experience: Familiarity with Agile principles, including backlog grooming and sprint planning. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field. Experience with QTC platforms like Salesforce CPQ, Oracle CPQ, or Zuora. Background in a high-growth enterprise software company. Understanding of SOX compliance requirements. Experience in process automation or methodologies like Lean/Six Sigma. The base salary range for this role is $177,900 - $266,800 USD, with eligibility for bonus potential, equity, and benefits. The offered salary will depend on various factors, including location, skills, experience, and relevant education.
