Your Responsibilities Install, maintain, repair, and operate a variety of utilities and facilities equipment, including electrical systems, HVAC, compressed air systems, fire suppression systems, water purification systems, and plumbing. Effectively monitor and operate utilities and facilities equipment. Document daily operational checklists; report any anomalies in the plant utility systems to supervisors. Perform preventive and condition-based maintenance to ensure minimal disruption to operations. Conduct planned maintenance as per weekly and monthly schedules. Execute corrective maintenance based on asset importance, work order type, and urgency. Maintain detailed records in the SAP Computerized Maintenance Management System, including work performed, fault codes, and labor hours. Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Documentation Practices (GDP). Participate in the installation of new equipment, modifications, and commissioning of new systems. Contribute to equipment reliability improvement initiatives and review maintenance plans for enhanced efficiency. Safely manage hazardous and non-hazardous materials, engage in contingency planning, and support plant safety protocols. Take part in continuous improvement efforts and safety inspection activities. Support skills development initiatives and perform additional related tasks as needed. What Makes You Stand Out Knowledge of the National Electrical Code. Strong background in electrical systems, chillers, cooling towers, air handling units, and water purification systems. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience with forklift and sky lift operations; PLC knowledge is an advantage. Self-motivated with a continuous improvement mindset, able to work independently and as part of a team. Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach. Your Qualifications Associate degree in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, or Plumbing along with three years of relevant experience, or a High School diploma with five years of experience. Licensed Electrician or Licensed Refrigeration Technician. Forklift operator certification. Hazwoper Training and familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices.
