Job Description Fusion SaaS SCM Lead Note: US citizenship and ability to get security clearance required. Join our dynamic team as a Fusion SaaS SCM Functional Specialist! In this role, you will play a critical part in delivering top-notch customer support while troubleshooting and resolving complex functional and technical challenges within Oracle's Fusion SaaS SCM applications. If you thrive on solving problems and enhancing customer experiences, we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer service support by diagnosing and resolving complex technical and functional issues. Utilize your strong knowledge of Fusion SaaS SCM business processes and modules, including Inventory, Purchasing, Sourcing, Procurement, Order Management, Warehouse Management, and Cost Management. Advise customers on implementing solutions that align Oracle Fusion SaaS SCM functionalities with their unique business processes. Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills to effectively navigate technical challenges. Engage actively with customers to understand their critical situations and mobilize necessary resources for resolution. Innovate and improve processes, tools, and methods related to operations management. Collaborate effectively with peers across teams to leverage collective expertise. Stay updated on emerging business models and technologies to continuously deliver value to customers. Document architecture, design, technical insights, and support activities as needed. Conduct Extensions, Integrations, and Testing for various Oracle services, including Oracle Integration Cloud Service and Oracle APEX Cloud. Support SaaS Updates by performing impact analysis, reviewing documentation, and advising customers on mandatory updates. Personal Attributes: Results-driven with a strong ability to solve problems. Education & Experience: Preferably a Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Flexibility to work off-hours or weekends is required.
