Job Description Duties and responsibilities Collaborate with Zone Directors to establish effective calling strategies that enhance territory coverage and drive sales growth. Identify and cultivate new relationships within health systems, hospitals, and private outpatient markets to sell state-of-the-art equipment and service contracts. Nurture existing customer relationships and provide support to ensure satisfaction, while identifying opportunities for cross-selling additional products and options. Develop customized selling strategies and tactics for individual health systems, hospitals, imaging centers, IDNs, and GPOs. Collaborate with Sales Operations to prepare accurate quotes for new equipment and service sales. Partner with Product Specialists to deliver product demonstrations and clinical presentations to clients. Work alongside the Marketing Department to craft comprehensive business plans and market assessments for client presentations. Continuously expand your product knowledge and technical skills regarding Fujifilm offerings. Provide timely and accurate insights regarding competitive products, pricing, and industry trends. Maintain accurate records of account activities and contacts in the Salesforce/CRM reporting system in collaboration with the Field Sales Coordinator. Assist with accounts receivable, contract renewals, and addressing product performance issues as needed. Stay updated on industry developments and best practices. Represent the company at RSNA and other local industry events to generate leads and build relationships. Ensure compliance with all applicable FDA medical device regulations, ISO standards, and relevant laws. Meet vendor credentialing requirements to gain access to hospitals and facilities. Qualifications Experience: 4+ years of sales experience strongly preferred. Educational requirements: BA/BS in Business, Marketing, Communication, Life Sciences, or a related field required. Special skills and other job requirements: Ability to travel extensively within the designated territory. Valid driver's license with a safe driving record. Demonstrated ability to sell based on customer needs; excellent sales presentation and objection-handling skills; quick learning of new products and services. Strong communication skills at all levels, including interactions with C-Level executives, Radiology Managers, Radiologists, and Technicians. Ability to build long-term business relationships and interact effectively with various departments to support customer service. Skilled at structuring sales that meet customer requirements, including product specifications and pricing; efficient problem-solving abilities. Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously, organizing work and support resources effectively. Strong desire for success and teamwork spirit within the sales environment. Adept at maintaining necessary reports, including call tracking, order tracking, and business-related expenses. Professional demeanor and appearance. Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite. Physical requirements Ability to work in typical office and clinical environments. Common requirements include sitting, talking, and hearing. Manual dexterity for operating electronic devices required. Occasional standing, walking, reaching, and lifting up to 25 pounds may be necessary. Travel Travel may be required up to 100% based on business needs, covering the full territory of Texas.
