Job Description Are you passionate about developing secure, scalable solutions in the Oracle Fusion SaaS environment? We are seeking an experienced Technical Consulting Manager who possesses a deep understanding of Oracle's cloud platform and federal data governance standards. In this role, you will collaborate within Agile delivery teams to create impactful solutions and drive customer success. Key Responsibilities: Develop, configure, and extend Oracle Fusion SaaS applications by creating custom objects, workflows, and integrations. Implement solutions using tools such as Oracle Visual Builder Studio (VBS), Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), BI Publisher, and Application Composer. Support data migration, API development, and real-time integrations with on-prem and third-party systems. Engage in Agile sprints, contributing to design, build, test, and deployment activities. Ensure system security and compliance with FedRAMP, DISA STIG, and DoD Cloud Computing SRG (IL2/IL5) standards. Work closely with functional leads, architects, and security engineers to align technical designs with business goals. Document technical processes, maintain configuration guides, and oversee code version control. Troubleshoot and resolve issues in production or testing across multiple environments. Participate in code reviews, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing initiatives. Required Qualifications: Active DoD Secret Clearance (to be verified upon hiring). 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion SaaS applications (ERP, HCM, SCM, or CX). Strong proficiency in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Visual Builder (VB), Application Composer, and BI Publisher. Experience working in secure federal environments with knowledge of DoD IT/security controls. Expertise in REST/SOAP web services, Groovy scripting, JavaScript, and SQL. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevSecOps tools (e.g., Jenkins, Git, JIRA). Strong problem-solving skills and ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field. Preferred Qualifications: Experience supporting DoD or Federal civilian clients in multi-network environments (IL2/IL5/IL6). Knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) services and identity management (IDCS). Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite or PeopleSoft integration/migration to Fusion Cloud. Oracle Certified Professional - Fusion Applications or Integration Cloud certifications. Familiarity with secure CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks. Responsibilities: Analyze business needs and ensure that Oracle solutions meet customer objectives using industry best practices and product knowledge. Provide direction and mentorship to project teams and influence customer decision-making effectively. Support business development through the pursuit of new opportunities and extensions, while collaborating with the consulting sales team to leverage domain expertise. Resolve complex customer issues by recommending and implementing innovative solutions. The salary range for this position is between $97,500 and $199,500 per annum, with potential eligibility for bonus and equity.
