The Opportunity As an essential member of our team, you will apply your extensive experience in end-to-end procurement and ServiceNow Source-to-Pay (S2P) capabilities. Your Key Responsibilities Design and implement solutions that utilize ServiceNow for orchestration. Work with ServiceNow technology consultants to seamlessly integrate business and technical solutions. Assess client procurement needs and develop customized strategies for enhanced performance. Deploy AI-driven procurement solutions to refine decision-making and optimize operations. Conduct workshops and training sessions that promote best practices in procurement. Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure project success and client satisfaction. Offer valuable insights on procurement optimization and orchestration initiatives. Identify new business opportunities and contribute to continuous improvement efforts. Ensure all designed processes adhere to procurement regulations and policies. Mentor and coach team members in best practices for process design and implementation. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Information Technology, or a related field. 5-8 years of experience in business process design, procurement consulting, or ServiceNow S2P. Proven expertise in procurement processes and best industry practices. Demonstrated proficiency with ServiceNow and its procurement capabilities. Experience in developing solutions that enhance operational efficiency and drive digital transformation.
