The Senior SAP Commerce Cloud Consultant is integral to collaborating with clients and project teams, ensuring the seamless implementation and ongoing support of the SAP Commerce Cloud Solution. Key Responsibilities: Engage with client stakeholders to understand their business goals and deliver user-friendly, scalable solutions that exceed satisfaction expectations. Facilitate workshops and design robust solutions to architect effective SAP Commerce Cloud systems. Lead development teams in creating and implementing custom solutions, actively participating in all phases from design to go-live, and managing dev-ops planning. Bridge communication between clients, technical, and design teams to maintain a smooth project workflow. Employ analytical expertise to effectively identify, evaluate, and document system requirements. Ensure high-quality production of user requirements, functional and technical specifications, data models, and process flows for successful project delivery. Collaborate with project managers to devise delivery plans, leveraging experience to assess risks and prioritize tasks effectively. Analyze customer business processes and propose comprehensive solutions aligned with SAP CX Platforms to meet their needs. Maintain solution quality throughout the implementation process. Support sales teams in deal formation, evaluations, estimations, and presales activities with your insights. Effectively manage project changes by evaluating the impact of new requirements on overall scope and timelines. Maximize the use of SAP Commerce Cloud's out-of-the-box features while recommending best practices for essential customizations. Oversee project-related tasks that include: Designing and developing SAP Commerce Cloud integrations with SAP ERP and other SAP CX systems. Synchronizing Master Data like Product, Price, Stock, Customer & Contact, and Transactional data such as Orders and Invoices. Implementing third-party integrations for Payments, Logistics, Address Validation, and Content Delivery Networks. Configuring the SAP Commerce Composable Storefront and the SAP Commerce Cloud Portal. Analyzing performance data to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently. Customizing key functionalities including Search, Smartedit, PCM, ASM, DAM, and others. Managing the complete application development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to ongoing support. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field. A minimum of 7 years' experience in SAP Commerce project implementations. At least 4 years’ experience leading multiple full lifecycle project implementations across diverse industries. SAP Commerce Cloud Certification is required. Familiarity with methodologies like Scrum, Agile, and Waterfall. Strong understanding of B2B and B2C sales processes. The annual base compensation range for this role is $93,970 - $180,122, depending on various factors including organizational needs and candidate qualifications.
