Overview Join our expanding Data Center Group as a Mid to Principal Level Electrical Engineer. Location options include: Emeryville, CA Remote in OH Remote in VA Remote in the US Other office locations will be considered Responsibilities As part of our team, you will engage in a dynamic mix of engineering and collaboration daily. Your tasks will include developing accurate, high-quality designs, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring client satisfaction through effective communication. Every day will bring hands-on challenges and the satisfaction of delivering impactful solutions. Engineering Documentation & Deliverables: Create precise, accurate engineering documents (e.g., drawings, calculations, analyses) in compliance with industry codes and standards, supporting the needs of our clients. Ensure all deliverables meet ENERCON’s and client’s expectations and processes. Technical Standards & Professional Development: Keep your knowledge current with industry codes, standards, safety practices, and design techniques relevant to the data center sector. Client & Cross-Disciplinary Collaboration: Foster strong client relationships through professional interactions and quality engineering outcomes. Collaborate with various disciplines to ensure comprehensive design integration. Project Leadership & Field Engagement: Travel to project sites for client engagement and to conduct field walk-downs. Act as the Responsible Engineer (RE) for electrical discipline scope on projects. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from an ABET-accredited university. Minimum of 3 years of relevant engineering design experience. Familiarity with electrical codes and standards for power systems and data centers. Proficient in AutoCAD as well as Microsoft Suite (e.g., Word, Excel). Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within teams. Willingness to travel 15%-25% of the time, based on project demands, with travel duration varying from days to weeks. Pay Range USD $95,000.00 - USD $180,000.00 /Yr.
