Job Description Summary The Services Finance Manager for Colibrium Additive will play a crucial role in managing the financial health of our Additive Services P&L. You will work directly with the Global General Manager to support various sectors, including Laser, EBM, AddWorks, and Print Operations, ensuring financial strategies align with our strategic objectives. Job Description Key Responsibilities: Business Partnership and P&L Leadership Function as the primary finance business partner to the Services P&L General Manager, providing guidance and support. Manage all financial aspects for Services, both globally and locally at TCD. Oversee cost centers across the sub-business, conducting performance analysis and implementing action plans to enhance cost control and boost revenue growth. Financial Operations and Productivity Serve as the finance lead for purchase order requisitions, tracking expenditures, and executing cost productivity initiatives. Engage actively in the monthly and quarterly closing processes, which encompasses journal entries, income statement assessments, cash analysis, and necessary reporting. Utilize Oracle Fusion ERP capabilities to standardize reporting, facilitating broader access to financial data. Planning, Forecasting, Reporting, and Metrics Lead the business planning cycle for the Services P&L, including budgeting, forecasting, and outlooks. Collaborate with financial planning, analysis, and accounting teams with a hands-on approach, ensuring detailed transaction-level reviews as necessary. Help develop essential processes, management reporting, and ensure alignment within the Services organization. Establish and maintain KPIs to evaluate performance across different segments, including CL/EBM Services, AddWorks, and Print Operations. Work with Additive HQ and other product lines to standardize metrics and reporting. Leadership and Change Management Lead, coach, and develop your direct reports within the finance team, promoting accountability and execution excellence. Act as a leader within the Services organization, promoting continuous improvement and fostering a high-performance culture. Adopt the principles of FLIGHT DECK, emphasizing standardized operations and effective problem-solving fundamentals. Decision Support and Problem Solving Exhibit sound judgment in making decisions and addressing complex issues that impact the function and business outcomes. Leverage your finance expertise and data analysis capabilities to support informed recommendations, utilizing both internal and external data sources. Clearly communicate complex information, influence stakeholders, and drive meaningful change; act as a resource and mentor for less experienced colleagues. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Preferred: MBA, CPA, or an advanced degree. At least 5 years of experience in Financial Operations, including reporting, forecasting, and metrics analysis. Note: Military experience may be considered as equivalent professional experience.
