Position Purpose: Join our team as a Human Resources Generalist, where you will play a crucial role in implementing HR strategies and programs that maximize our workforce's potential. You will interpret and apply company HR policies and legal regulations, engaging in various HR functions including Employee Relations, Staffing, Compensation and Benefits, Training, and Organizational Development. Key Responsibilities: 30% Address and resolve employee relations issues, conducting thorough investigations, and managing the corrective action process in collaboration with the HR Manager. Support unemployment claim processes as needed. 10% Identify and address cultural and values-related breaches affecting the work environment; provide guidance on corporate policy adherence. 10% Facilitate the communication and enrollment in employee benefits programs to ensure associates are informed. 10% Analyze HR reports to identify trends and opportunities, presenting actionable plans to management. 15% Assist managers with HRIS program training and transaction support to enhance operational efficiency. 15% Support training initiatives and collaborate with the HR Manager in delivering impactful training sessions. 10% Play a key role in the selection and onboarding of leadership roles within the organization. Direct Manager/Direct Reports: Report directly to the Human Resources Manager. No direct supervision of other employees. Travel Requirements: Minimal overnight travel, typically less than 10% of the time. Physical Requirements: Primarily a sedentary role with opportunities to move about, occasional light lifting may be required. Working Conditions: Comfortable indoor working environment with infrequent unpleasant conditions. Minimum Qualifications: Must be at least eighteen years old. Legally eligible to work in the United States. Preferred Qualifications: Experience handling third-party litigation and unemployment claims. Background in administering compensation programs. Experience with corporate corrective action processes. Proven capability in delivering formal classroom training. Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field. Preferred Education: No additional education preferred. Minimum Years of Work Experience: 2 years of related experience. Preferred Years of Work Experience: No additional years of experience preferred. Minimum Leadership Experience: None required. Preferred Leadership Experience: None preferred. Certifications: No specific certifications required. Competencies: Basic computer proficiency, particularly with Microsoft Office applications. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple tasks. Thorough understanding of employment laws, procedures, and HR principles. Skilled conflict resolution capabilities. Systematic and methodical approach to tasks.
