Join our rapidly growing Accounting Advisory practice as a Manager, where you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional consulting services to our clients. This position allows for remote work with occasional travel for specific projects. In this dynamic role, you will be at the forefront of managing client relationships and leading teams of skilled professionals in providing guidance on technical accounting and SEC financial reporting. Your expertise will be essential in navigating complex GAAP and IFRS projects, addressing audit readiness, and enhancing financial statement close processes. You'll make a significant impact in our clients' Corporate Accounting and Finance departments, ensuring they receive the highest level of service. Key Responsibilities: Support the financial closing process and enhance close procedures. Assist with cash-to-accrual conversions, balance sheet preparation, and purchase accounting. Prepare for audit readiness and oversight. Lead technical accounting projects on relevant matters including ASC 480, 606, 718, 805, 815, or 842, alongside IPO/SPAC and SEC reporting. Prepare and review financial statements, notes, reconciliations, month-end entries, accounting memos, and audit schedules for public filings (10-Q or 10-K). What You Bring: Bachelor's degree in Accounting and CPA license. 5+ years of experience in public accounting or industry, especially with SEC registered or private-equity backed companies. Demonstrated interest and expertise in technical accounting issues. Familiarity with month-end close processes and quarterly reporting. Excellent organizational skills with experience managing projects from inception to completion. Adept at handling multiple priorities and working both independently and collaboratively. Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, adaptable for varying audiences. Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills. Willingness to travel up to 40% for client meetings and firm events. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in accounting department functions. Familiarity with software such as NetSuite, Sage Intacct, SAP, Workday, Yardi, or QuickBooks. Experience with SEC reporting tools like Workiva or DFIN. Knowledge of implementational expertise in OneStream or FloQast. Proficiency in data analysis using tools like Alteryx, Tableau, or Python.
