Part-Time Certified Nursing Assistant - Evening Shift

In this role, you will assist residents with their daily living activities while building trust and creating a warm, community-oriented atmosphere. Essential Duties Deliver daily hygiene and personal care assistance to residents, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting. Learn and adapt to residents' personal preferences to customize your care approach. Document care provided accurately and report any concerns promptly to the appropriate personnel. Understand and adhere to safety, infection control, and risk management protocols. Maintain regular communication with your supervisor regarding resident well-being. Perform additional tasks as assigned. What We're Looking For A resident-focused caregiver with strong attention to detail and follow-through. Warmth, professionalism, and patience in interactions with residents and teammates. A commitment to safe practices and clear, open communication. Comfortable in a dynamic environment with ongoing interactions and occasional interruptions. Active CNA certification in good standing in Colorado. Must hold a valid Colorado State Certified Nursing Assistant License. 3 - 6 months of experience in long-term care preferred. Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English. Excellent customer service skills are essential. Working Conditions / Physical Requirements This position requires medium to heavy physical activity, including lifting, pushing, or pulling objects up to 100 pounds occasionally and/or over 45 pounds consistently. Frequent standing and walking are necessary, with occasional sitting, kneeling, squatting, and reaching. Exposure to bloodborne pathogens, bodily excretions, and communicable diseases. Regular interactions with residents, families, and visitors.
