Oracle Implementation Program Manager

cBEYONData is looking for a skilled techno-functional Oracle Implementation Program Manager to spearhead implementations and capability enhancements for DoD Financial Management projects. If you have a proven track record of managing teams of data processing and information management professionals, along with hands-on experience in analysis, design, integration, and testing of automated information systems, we would love to meet you. Key Responsibilities: Provide advanced support and research into complex problems and processes. Serve as a technical expert on project teams, offering technical direction and alternatives. Exhibit strong independent thinking and exceptional written and oral communication skills. Apply advanced principles, concepts, and innovative solutions to complex technical issues. Work under consultative direction toward long-range goals and objectives. Determine required actions to achieve desired outcomes. Lead the development of advanced technological ideas into final products. Provide end-to-end oversight and expertise for the DAI global model. Offer expertise in Oracle EBS, particularly with versions R12.2.5 or higher. Demonstrate thorough knowledge of Oracle EBS applications and relevant Federal and DoD business processes. Expertly support major development and upgrade efforts and post-production activities. Provide specialized knowledge in Information Technology or specific functional areas such as finance, logistics, or operations research. Required Skills & Experience: Familiarity with Oracle EDQ and ODI tools for implementation and sustainment tasks. Experience supporting DoD or Federal Oracle shared service providers on Oracle EBS R12.2 or higher. Possession of IT-II security clearance or valid NACLC/T3 clearance. Compliance with DoD 8570.01-M Certification standards, as needed. Project or Program Management certification (e.g., PMP or equivalent) from recognized institutions is essential. At least 5 years of experience in program management. A minimum of 10 years of progressively responsible leadership experience in IT or consulting, with familiarity in the Information Technology Acquisition process. A Bachelor's degree is required.
