Qualifications: Must hold a valid Class A CDL and be at least 21 years of age. A minimum of 3 months of verifiable driving experience is required. Safe driving record: No more than 1 preventable CMV accident in the last 2 years. No major CMV preventable accidents in the last 5 years. A maximum of 2 moving violations in the past 2 years. No DUI/DWI offenses within the past 5 years (10 years if you held a CDL). Must pass a DOT physical and drug test, with no drug-related convictions in the past 5 years (10 years for CDL holders).
