Your Key Responsibilities: Engage in proactive recruitment strategies to attract top talent through innovative outreach methods, including networking, job advertisements, cold calling, and job fairs. Maintain a robust candidate pipeline to support our rapid growth across various departments. Efficiently screen applicants via our HR system while ensuring it remains up-to-date and accurate. Build and nurture relationships with search firms to uncover and recruit outstanding talent. Provide training to managers and executives on effective recruitment techniques and networking strategies. Contribute to corporate initiatives, such as selecting new HR technologies, developing training programs, and enhancing compensation strategies. Assist in reviewing and updating HR policies to align with industry best practices. What We Are Looking For: 3-5 years of recruiting experience with a proven success record. A mix of agency and in-house recruiting experience is preferred. Freelance or contract recruiting experience is highly valued, particularly for those considering contract work as a long-term career path. This position generally requires 20-30 hours per week, with hours varying based on business needs. A Bachelor's Degree is required.
