Senior Project Manager - Construction

Job Description We are looking for a Senior Project Manager with significant experience to take charge of ground-up commercial construction projects for a distinguished General Contractor. In this critical role, you will manage projects from the preconstruction phase through to completion, assuming leadership on complex and high-profile builds. Senior Project Manager Responsibilities Oversee ground-up commercial construction projects, ensuring adherence to schedules, budget constraints, and quality standards. Manage the entire project lifecycle, encompassing planning, procurement, execution, and closeout phases. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong communication and relationships throughout the project. Collaborate effectively with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project success. Proactively address risk management, safety, and compliance measures on-site. Mentor and guide Project Managers and Project Engineers within the organization. Senior Project Manager Qualifications Minimum of 8 years of commercial construction experience. Demonstrated success in delivering large-scale construction projects. Exceptional leadership and communication skills. Proficiency in Procore, MS Project, or similar project management tools.
