Job Summary: As a Culinary Line Specialist, you will prepare and cook food to meet our high standards, ensuring guest satisfaction through delicious, well-presented meals. Compliance with safety and sanitation guidelines is essential. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and cook food items consistently following our recipes and standards Plate prepared dishes according to the chef's specifications Set up, operate, breakdown, and sanitize all kitchen equipment Assist with dishwashing, cleaning, and maintaining kitchen equipment Maintain high standards of kitchen sanitation and food safety Requirements: No previous experience required; we will provide training! Must obtain a current Food Handler's Card (we will assist with this) A passion for food and attention to detail, with understanding of weights and measures Capability to learn our menu and recipes quickly Knowledge of kitchen chemicals and safety Strong customer service skills and professional etiquette Able to multi-task in a fast-paced, collaborative environment Flexible availability for various shifts Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 30 lbs, and perform physical tasks Must be at least 18 years old Why Join Us?
