The successful candidate will be pivotal in driving production management, leading inventory strategy, and ensuring luxury-level quality assurance. Key responsibilities include: Managing vendor relations and business sourcing with a focus on commercial and operational excellence. Establishing luxury-level quality assurance processes to uphold brand integrity. Leading a high-performing team to drive results and foster a culture of excellence. Identifying and implementing innovative technology and process improvements to optimize operations. Partnering with cross-functional departments to align inventory effectively with sales and promotional strategies. Overseeing the comprehensive inventory strategy for both retail and e-commerce channels. Applicants should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in inventory, planning, supply chain, or operations, with a preference for candidates who have spent 5 years in senior leadership roles. A demonstrated history of managing inventory for multi-channel retail, particularly within the luxury or premium apparel/home goods sector, is essential.
