Join Dentons US LLP as a Lead Billing Coordinator! We are looking for a dedicated individual to handle all aspects of client invoicing. This role offers the flexibility of working in a hybrid environment, with three days required in office each week. Your responsibilities will include: Generating and distributing monthly proformas for attorney review. Editing costs, time, and narratives as required by clients and billing attorneys. Preparing final bills for review prior to sending to clients. Submitting electronic billing files through the e-billing Hub. Collaborating with billing attorneys and their assistants to resolve any billing issues. Generating time and billing reports upon attorney request. Monitoring aging of unbilled fees and costs, addressing concerns with assigned billing attorneys. Assisting the Finance department with identifying and reconciling received payments. Communicating special rate requests and alternative fee arrangements to the Pricing Committee. Maintaining documentation of procedures, deadlines, and client preferences related to billing. Providing timely and accurate accrual information for client and partner requests. Handling other ongoing or ad hoc duties as assigned. To qualify for this position, you should have: A college degree or equivalent work experience, preferred. A minimum of 5+ years of legal billing experience. Expertise with Elite 3E, Elite Enterprise, or Aderant. Experience navigating e-billing platforms and websites. Strong knowledge of billing practices and client relationship management. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. A keen attention to detail and strong organizational skills. The ability to collaborate on teams and meet departmental deadlines. Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Capability to work independently and meet strict deadlines. Flexibility to work overtime when necessary. The salary range for this position in Denver only is $75,000 - $92,000, based on experience.
