As a Senior Associate focused on Workday enterprise performance management, you will play a key role in enhancing client operational efficiency. This will involve analyzing needs, implementing effective software solutions, and delivering ongoing training and support. In this position, your emphasis will be on the Workday enterprise performance management (EPM) software suite, which includes financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting capabilities. You will collaborate closely with finance and accounting teams to streamline financial processes, improve data accuracy, and generate valuable insights that drive strategic decision-making. The Opportunity As a member of our Workday Adaptive Planning team, you will implement budgets, forecasts, and reports utilizing Adaptive Planning to support finance and workforce initiatives. Your role will involve analyzing complex financial models, mentoring junior staff, and upholding exemplary client service while efficiently managing multiple projects. Responsibilities: Implement budgets, forecasts, and reports within Adaptive Planning. Assist with the design, configuration, integration, and troubleshooting of the Adaptive Planning solution. Analyze intricate financial models to support decision-making processes. Maintain high standards of client service and project delivery. Increase the utilization of Adaptive Planning within PwC. Develop strong, lasting client relationships. Apply technical expertise to effectively solve complex problems. Manage multiple projects with efficiency and high productivity. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree. 4 years of relevant experience. Required Certification: Workday Adaptive Planning, Deployment. Preferred Qualifications: Master's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Human Resources Management, Computer Science, or related field. Preferred Certifications: Workday Services Functional, Engagement Manager, Workday Financials. Experience with 4-6 end-to-end Workday Adaptive Planning deployments. Ability to analyze and implement financial models within Adaptive Planning. Provide technical guidance for the Adaptive suite of products. Expertise in designing and developing intricate financial planning models. Demonstrated skills in project management and multi-project coordination. Experience in business analysis and requirements gathering. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Exposure to business process mapping or re-engineering. The anticipated salary range for this position is $77,000 - $202,000, with actual compensation determined by your skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable employment laws.
