Join the GE Aerospace Supply Chain Capacity and Readiness team! Become a pivotal player in our transformative journey towards excellence. Our team is dedicated to implementing continuous improvement through effective Value Stream Management. As the Supply Chain Capacity and Readiness Leader, you will play a critical role in enhancing GE Aerospace's Capacity and Readiness processes. Your responsibilities will encompass developing standard work for Value Stream steps, managing quality and documentation, creating and maintaining efficient methods, driving process improvements, and developing essential tools. This role offers a balanced level of autonomy and requires strong operational judgment and influential skills to collaborate effectively across various supply chain and program teams. This position offers remote work opportunities within Eastern and Central Time Zones, with travel required to Evendale, OH once a quarter. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate closely with various departments, including Capacity & Readiness Process owners, the SIOP team, planning, sourcing, and product lines, to identify process interconnections and gaps. Ensure thorough documentation and an effective flow down of requirements to achieve Value Stream transformation. Develop and manage integrated action plans to surpass key performance targets and systematically address capacity and readiness gaps, translating data into a clear, actionable roadmap. Conduct regular reviews of processes to evaluate performance and adherence to standards, identifying gaps, facilitating root-cause analyses, and ensuring accountability for corrective measures. Utilize sound judgment to make decisions or resolve moderately complex tasks in operational/product management and technology. Set priorities for teams, identify resource constraints, and escalate unresolved issues to leadership. Guide teams in developing processes and standards aimed at minimizing waste within the Value Stream. Act as a resource for less experienced colleagues and lead small projects with moderate risks and resource needs while fostering consensus among team members. Facilitate Value Stream Analysis events 1 to 2 times annually. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or a high school diploma/GED with at least 4 years of experience in operations, planning, sourcing, or inventory management. A minimum of 5 years of experience in operations, planning, sourcing, or related fields. Desired Characteristics: Experience with Flight Deck processes and tools. Proven capability to lead programs/projects successfully. Skilled in documenting, planning, marketing, and executing programs effectively. Established project management acumen. Exhibits humility: respectful, receptive, adaptable, and eager to learn. Displays transparency: shares critical information openly, communicates candidly, and contributes constructively. Focused: a quick learner, able to prioritize strategically, and dedicated to results. Strong leadership abilities: communicates effectively, makes informed decisions, and collaborates well. The salary range for this position is $116,000 - $155,000 USD annually, influenced by factors such as experience, education, and work location. This role is also eligible for a performance bonus/variable incentive plan. This posting will remain open until March 13, 2026.
