A valid driver's license is required. Ability to obtain a pesticide license within the first 90 days (cost covered by the company). Capacity to work independently while managing route-based responsibilities. Physical Requirements: Ability to safely use ladders within manufacturer weight limits. Occasional lifting and carrying of up to 50 lbs. Capable of accessing confined spaces, attics, and rooftops. Willingness to wear personal protective equipment, including OSHA-compliant respirators when necessary. Comfortable working in varying weather conditions.
