Role Overview The Senior Supplier Relationship Specialist is a key player in securing equipment and components for our future projects while actively managing supplier partnerships related to current orders in specific commodities. You will oversee the execution of long-term agreements, negotiate new contracts, and manage supplier-related inquiries about ongoing orders. Key Responsibilities Lead the supplier selection process, including proposals, quoting, analysis, negotiations, and drafting contracts for non-long-term agreement purchases. Evaluate the health of supplier orders for your assigned accounts proactively. Work closely with procurement operations and supplier teams to ensure compliance with all sourcing activities. Respond efficiently to inquiries and issues from suppliers regarding your accounts. Drive projects involving parts procurement and technical modifications in collaboration with suppliers. Develop a comprehensive understanding of market trends to inform effective supplier selection. Contribute to developing contractual solutions that optimize performance and decrease total ownership costs. Utilize your technical acumen and collaborative skills to address challenges. Mentor junior team members through guidance and support. Establish clear performance expectations and manage sensitive concerns from suppliers and stakeholders effectively. Note: This role may require up to 10% travel. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or a high school diploma/GED with at least 4 years of experience in related fields such as Commercial Operations, Sourcing/Procurement, or Supply Chain. A minimum of 5 years of experience in Commercial Operations, Sourcing/Procurement, Supplier Relationship Management, Sales, Supply Chain, or Contract Management. We are committed to fostering your professional development and career satisfaction. The base pay range for this role is $116,000.00 - $154,000.00 USD annually, influenced by experience and skills. An annual discretionary bonus may be applicable. This position requires access to U.S. export-controlled information; therefore, employment is contingent upon the ability to prove U.S. Person status.
