Key Responsibilities: Mentor and develop junior team members, enhancing their skills and knowledge. Establish strong relationships with clients to thoroughly understand their unique needs and deliver tailored solutions. Effectively analyze project requirements to ensure high-quality results. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain alignment with business objectives. Stay updated on industry trends to foster continuous improvement in our processes. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Business Analytics, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in software engineering. Desirable Skills: Master's Degree is preferred. Proficiency in Java 8 or Python, with experience in frameworks like Spring Boot and Spring Cloud. Experience in building Microservices REST APIs and Event-Driven Design. Familiarity with tools such as Knative, Docker, and Kubernetes. Knowledge of data processing using Kafka and Apache NiFi. Able to design and query both Relational and NoSQL databases. Expertise in creating Web User Interfaces using JavaScript libraries. Experience with Agile Methodologies. We are also seeking individuals who can integrate AI thinking into their teams, enhancing efficiencies across processes. Experience with AI tools in development lifecycles is a plus.
