This role combines front desk responsibilities with hands-on client care in a modern wellness and recovery center.You will work directly with clients to help them improve movement, recover faster, and optimize their health through movement therapy, assisted stretching, and advanced wellness technologies.This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with athletes, active individuals, and health-conscious clients in a cutting-edge recovery environment.Responsibilities Client care and therapyPerform client assessments focused on movement, mobility, and recovery needsProvide assisted stretch therapy and movement therapy sessionsAdminister therapies including Red Light Laser treatments & Dry Needling treatments if licensed and certifieGuide clients through wellness modalities including Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy, PEMF therapy, EWOT (Exercise with Oxygen Therapy), HOCATT ozone sauna, compression therapy, the Red Light Bed, Shiftwave, and the Ammortal ChamberEducate clients on mobility, recovery strategies, and performance optimizationClient experience and front desk supportWelcome and check in clients and ensure a positive first impressionAssist with scheduling and managing appointmentsHelp clients understand and prepare for their wellness sessionsMaintain treatment rooms and equipment to ensure a clean and organized environment Team collaboration Work closely with the OneSource Vitality team to support client health and performance goalsContribute to a positive, high-energy environment for both clients and staff Qualifications Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC) or degree in Athletic TrainingDry needling certification or willingness to obtainStrong understanding of human movement, mobility, and injury preventionExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsComfortable working in a client-focused wellness environmentOrganized, dependable, and team-oriented Preferred Experience Stretch therapy or mobility coachingManual therapy techniquesExperience working with athletes or active populationsExperience in wellness, recovery, or performance facilities About OneSource VitalityOneSource Vitality is a wellness and performance center located in North Scottsdale focused on helping people optimize their health, performance, and longevity.
