We are seeking a dedicated Optometric Care Specialist who is compassionate and committed to serving Geriatric and Underserved Communities. Your role will involve providing essential optometric services that contribute to our mission of improving quality of life! All logistics, equipment, and administrative support provided. Your Responsibilities: Travel to skilled nursing and long-term care facilities. Perform comprehensive eye exams utilizing portable optometric equipment and analyze diagnostic results. Diagnose and treat ocular diseases. Prescribe, fit, and adjust eyeglasses as necessary. Recommend appropriate follow-up care and treatment plans. Educate patients, families, and staff on vision and optical health concerns. Deliver exceptional customer service during all patient interactions. What We Provide: A trained vision technician to assist you. Field support and mentorship from our Clinical Director. Qualifications: Requirements: Doctor of Optometry Degree. Active State License.
