About the Role NetSuite Customer Success (CS) is on the lookout for a Senior Principal Consultant to join our Professional Services team, specializing in the Health and Beauty sector. This role involves leading ERP implementations and optimization projects using the SuiteSuccess methodology for clients throughout North America. As a Principal Consultant, you will spearhead end-to-end NetSuite implementations, manage upgrades, deploy modules, and conduct optimization or health-check engagements to ensure maximum project value. You will work autonomously yet closely with Project Managers and consulting teams to deliver top-notch, tailored solutions. Your adeptness in navigating complex client scenarios and facilitating effective collaboration across teams will be vital. Additionally, you will play a key role in enabling AI-driven business transformations, guiding customers to harness AI functionalities integrated within NetSuite and connected applications to drive efficiency and insights. Key Responsibilities Champion and execute NetSuite implementations and optimization projects for Retail clients, particularly in the Health and Beauty space, ensuring exceptional quality, adherence to scope, and customer satisfaction. Collect, analyze, and validate customer business requirements, converting them into scalable NetSuite solutions. Design and configure NetSuite solutions to align with customer business goals, incorporating advanced workflows, automation, reporting, and integrations. Develop comprehensive functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams to design and implement integrations and advanced configurations. Assist in the realization of AI-enabled use cases within ERP initiatives, such as workflow automation and decision support integrated with NetSuite. Enhance collaboration by establishing strong relationships with various business units and partners, identifying opportunities to leverage synergies for improved project delivery. Identify and pursue opportunities for innovation to enhance delivery processes by leveraging insights and fostering creative solutions within the team. Monitor team performance, coach team members for optimal productivity, and ensure timely achievement of delivery and quality targets. Contribute to the ongoing improvement of Oracle's knowledge resources by sharing best practices and engaging in professional communities. Minimum Qualifications 5+ years of relevant experience in ERP solution implementation or administration. Consulting experience is preferred. Strong functional consulting experience in ERP systems, specifically in customer-facing implementations; experience in manufacturing or retail is a plus. Familiarity with the NetSuite platform is preferred; experience with other ERP systems will be considered. Proven ability to lead workshops, engage stakeholders, and communicate effectively to executives. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with proficiency in English. Preferred Qualifications NetSuite or cloud-related certifications. Experience implementing AI or ML capabilities integrated with business solutions. Familiarity with OCI Generative AI services or NetSuite AI features. Expertise in consumer goods, retail, or e-commerce, particularly relating to pricing and supply chain. Demonstrated success in managing medium to large enterprise-level ERP initiatives. Experience mentoring or training consultants on delivery projects. Willingness to travel as necessary.
