As a Senior Manager specializing in Workday Adaptive Insights, you will be part of a leading-edge team that provides more than just technology solutions. Your work will include: Identifying business requirements and designing cohesive functional processes, including flow mapping and prototyping. Leading workshops to educate and empower clients. Conducting collaborative sessions with clients to analyze and refine their business needs. Architecting integrated Workday Adaptive Insights solutions while advising clients on best practices and industry standards. Demonstrating design options through effective prototyping. Please note: Travel may be required for this role based on client needs. Here’s what you need to bring to the table: Workday Partner Certification. 8+ years of consulting experience, specifically in a Lead or similar role. 4+ years of hands-on experience with Workday Adaptive Insights. 4+ years of experience in US and/or Global Adaptive Operations. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (12+ years for non-degreed candidates). Bonus Qualifications: Expertise in business processes such as PTP, OTC, GL, FA, Budgeting, and Cash Management. 10+ years of consulting experience. Experience leading global Workday projects. A knack for thriving in fast-paced, diverse environments. Experience with other cloud-based financial applications like Oracle, SAP, or NetSuite.
