This significant leadership role blends cutting-edge customer engagement strategy with advanced technology. Your mission will be to develop innovative tools that enhance product and marketing interactions across diverse channels, including email, push notifications, media, mobile applications, and vehicle head-units. You will leverage your expertise to manage the design and implementation of platforms that empower our marketing communications. Applying best practices in product development and agile methodologies, you will deliver modern engagement tools that bolster a data-driven ecosystem throughout the customer journey. This role necessitates collaboration with engineering, marketing, privacy, and loyalty teams to synchronize product roadmaps effectively. As a proactive leader, you will bring substantial knowledge of marketing technology and a successful history of developing multimodal engagement platforms. You will integrate various tools such as Adobe Experience Platform and Salesforce Marketing Cloud, ensuring seamless connectivity with downstream systems through middleware platforms and APIs. What You'll Do Oversee the entire MarTech product lifecycle from conception to implementation and adoption. Mentor and lead a talented team of Product Managers and Analysts. Collaborate with marketing leaders to develop and communicate product roadmaps. Partner with internal and external teams to design and deliver compelling platform features. Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications) At least 7 years of experience with marketing communication platforms (Adobe, Salesforce, etc.) in a product management role. A strong grasp of modern marketing technology, including ESPs, SMS, and APIs. A proven track record in designing and deploying sophisticated technologies with a focus on automation and simplicity. Experience leading both direct and indirect teams within agile frameworks. A history of managing complex, cross-functional projects successfully. The capacity to deliver large-scale initiatives in fast-paced and challenging environments. An innovative problem-solver who approaches challenges creatively. Ability to establish and manage multi-year plans, budgets, and key performance indicators. Effective in inspiring and collaborating with stakeholders across all organizational levels. Exceptional organizational skills with a mindset focused on prioritization and detail. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficient in navigating dynamic environments and adapting quickly. Foster an inclusive atmosphere where new ideas flourish and trust is built across all levels of the organization. Lead product managers in executing product strategies and roadmaps aligned with organizational objectives. Translate intricate concepts into straightforward language for clarity and understanding. Define product vision and strategy grounded in customer insights and market trends. Communicate product progress and updates effectively to various stakeholders, including executives. Successfully launch products, crafting go-to-market strategies, and ensuring interdepartmental coordination. Iterate on products based on user feedback and evolving market demands. Compensation: The salary range for this position is $134,700 to $245,000. The specific salary will be determined based on relevant factors.
