Urgent Care Provider (PA or NP)

Salary Package: Competitive base rate of $80/hour for qualified NP/PAs. Attractive signing bonus of $60,000 for qualified Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants! Your success as an NP or PA will stem from: Collaboration with a dedicated team of healthcare professionals, delivering high-quality care to patients in an urgent care environment. The ability to manage adult and pediatric patients in a fast-paced, high-volume setting. A key role in accurately diagnosing and treating a diverse range of medical conditions. Contributing to a positive and supportive medical community. Minimum Qualifications: At least 1 year of experience in emergency medicine or 18 months of experience in a busy urgent care setting, with capability to manage both adult and pediatric patients. Active licensure as a Physician Assistant or Family Nurse Practitioner in the respective state is required. For Physician Assistants, active board certification with NCCPA is required. For Family Nurse Practitioners, active board certification with AANP or ANCC is required. Preferred Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in emergency medicine or 3+ years in a high-volume urgent care setting, including the ability to manage both adult and pediatric patients. Total signing bonus to be distributed over three years, with $20,000 payable within the first six months of employment. Full bonus contingent on performance and contractual details.
