Your role and responsibilities We are actively seeking an Oracle HCM Functional Support Lead to become an integral part of our consulting team! In this client-facing role, you’ll lead and implement expert services that harness the full range of IBM's offerings and technologies. You'll be seen as a trusted advisor, providing innovative solutions to our clients' most pressing business challenges. Your primary responsibilities will include: Analyzing and resolving functional and technical issues within supported applications, including HR, ORC, Absence Management, OTL, Payroll, and Talent Management. Providing subject matter expertise on Oracle EBS and Cloud HCM modules. Understanding integrations between HCM modules and other related systems. Supporting multiple clients with HR, ORC, Payroll, OTL, and other connected modules, both in EBS and Cloud environments. Demonstrating strong multi-tasking capabilities and excellent client-facing skills. This is a full-time opportunity offering flexible work arrangements, with travel opportunities when safe. Required technical and professional expertise Experience with Oracle Cloud Core HR, Performance Management, Compensation, OTL, Redwood. 5-10 years of experience in 1-3 full life cycle implementations or support projects. Proficient in handling defects, enhancement requests, and system upgrades. Knowledge of the Hire to Retire process. Understanding of the integration between HR and financial modules. Willingness to collaborate with team members in an offshore/onshore setup for effective task delivery. Strong verbal and written communication skills, especially when liaising with AST or client team members. Possess business acumen and deep understanding of HCM operational workflows. Ability to showcase industry-specific solutions tailored to clients' needs. Proficiency in Fast Formulas and their application within HCM modules is highly desirable. Capability to troubleshoot issues and provide high-quality resolutions. Preferred technical and professional experience Basic query writing skills for issue resolution is a plus.
