We seek a driven and strategic individual with a robust background in project management and a proven track record in overseeing clinical-stage programs, particularly through early stages and Phase 2 trials. This role demands an innovative thinker with outstanding communication skills to motivate and direct cross-functional teams toward regulatory success and effective commercialization. Your major responsibilities include: Overseeing the successful execution of clinical development programs, ensuring project timelines, budgets, and compliance with regulatory standards are effectively managed. Designing and implementing a cohesive, data-driven portfolio strategy while leading continuous portfolio evaluations. Assessing and prioritizing internal programs alongside promising external opportunities. Managing pivotal development programs, promoting integrated cross-functional program plans, and ensuring clear reporting mechanisms are in place. Building and guiding a high-performing Portfolio and Program Management team, instilling best practices, and fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and transparency within the organization. The ideal candidate will hold an advanced degree in a scientific or medical discipline related to drug development, complemented by a minimum of 15 years of experience in the biotech or pharmaceutical industries. Expertise in therapeutic areas such as inflammation, fibrosis, immunology, and neurosciences is essential, as is experience managing programs from Pre-IND through Phase 3 registrational trials. Familiarity with pulmonary fibrosis is an advantageous addition. Travel Percent Less than 10% Functions Operations
