We are seeking an AI and Data Decision Science Lead to drive our initiatives in uniting industry and functional expertise with AI knowledge to innovate processes that enhance efficiency and promote growth. You will oversee extensive data science projects, applying advanced analytics, machine learning, and AI technologies to develop robust decision-making systems. This role calls for a blend of technical expertise, strategic vision, and leadership to deliver innovative solutions that reflect Accenture's dedication to creating comprehensive value for clients. In this role, you will: Lead and implement projects in Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, and Analytics. Manage both onshore and offshore teams specializing in Data Science and Machine Learning. Serve as a bridge between business and technical domains. Develop and maintain relationships with business and analytics stakeholders. Drive the sales process and spearhead the development of customized solutions for Data Science and Machine Learning opportunities. Tailor Data Science, Machine Learning, AI, and Analytics solutions to address specific industry challenges. Work closely with Accenture's network to align strategies with consulting and technology teams in both sales and delivery. Mentor and develop Data Science, Machine Learning, and AI talent within the organization. Identify AI use cases by comprehending organizational goals, building business cases, evaluating ROI, and creating transformation roadmaps. Advise organizations on ethical AI solutions and governance, providing training on new processes and monitoring outcomes. Willingness to travel up to 80% as required based on client needs. Key Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, AI, or Advanced Analytics. Preferred Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in creating decision-making frameworks that generate insights. 5+ years of consulting experience, preferably in high-value roles. Demonstrated expertise in leading workstreams and managing tight deadlines. Extensive delivery experience with minimal oversight. Proven success in delivering AI or data science projects. Proficient in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL. Familiarity with machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Experienced with AI and cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Knowledge of big data technologies like Hadoop or Spark. Understanding of agent-based modeling, reinforcement learning, and autonomous systems is a plus. Ability to utilize data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI. Experience in sales and business development. Exceptional program management and communication skills. Entrepreneurial mindset capable of generating new deals and adding value to client discussions. Fluency in English, both written and spoken. Demonstrated leadership capabilities and strong interpersonal skills. Experience in innovating within project frameworks. Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field is a plus. Compensation may vary based on several factors, including location, role, skills, and experience.
