Key Responsibilities Oversee all facets of wastewater projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks. Cultivate strong collaboration among clients, contractors, engineers, and regulatory agencies to facilitate smooth project execution. Mentor and support junior project managers and team members to strengthen overall team capabilities. Create comprehensive project budgets, timelines, and risk management strategies. Formulate and execute innovative strategies to improve division processes and project outcomes. Expand responsibilities to encompass division oversight, business development, and P&L management. Act as a principal leader within the division, establishing trust and confidence with clients and stakeholders. Qualifications Minimum 5 years of project management experience in wastewater, water treatment, or municipal infrastructure. Demonstrated capability to manage multiple projects while leading diverse teams. In-depth knowledge of wastewater systems, construction methodologies, and environmental regulations. Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Preferred: Professional Engineer (PE) certification, or Engineer in Training (EIT) with significant project management experience. Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
