JOB SUMMARY: We are looking for a dedicated Quality Control Inspector who will be essential in ensuring our components, parts, and products meet stringent specifications and quality assurance benchmarks. Your keen eye for detail will help identify quality issues and improve our design and process efficiencies, upholding our commitment to excellence. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Perform comprehensive inspections and quality checks on products throughout various production stages to guarantee adherence to established quality and reliability standards. Analyze production statistical data to ensure compliance and identify any deviations from defined standards. Conduct detailed visual inspections of soldered connections and mechanical assessments of electronic and electro-mechanical assemblies. Prepare and submit detailed documentation reporting quality control results. Make critical acceptance or rejection decisions regarding inspected or tested items. Identify design flaws and process inefficiencies, promptly reporting any quality concerns. Conduct regular inspections of engineering designs, subassemblies, final assemblies, and tooling. Engage in internal audits and follow up on any necessary corrective actions. Take on additional responsibilities as required. Maintain consistent and punctual attendance, with preparedness to work nights, weekends, variable shifts, and overtime as necessary. JOB SPECIFICATIONS: Education: High School Diploma or equivalent. A combination of relevant education and work experience beneficial for success in this role. Certifications: Vocational training, apprenticeships, or equivalent experience in a related field. Experience: 2-5 years of relevant experience in a quality inspection role. Skills: Ability to follow established job instructions with minimal supervision. Systematic approach to resolving technical issues within quality assurance procedures. Proficiency in measuring and using test equipment relevant to job assignments. Adept at interpreting and executing written and verbal instructions, including engineering drawings and specifications. Strong computer skills are essential.
